Warranty and Terms of Sale
10-Year Limited Warranty
Subject to registration, the Beam is covered by a 10-year, limited replacement warranty covering any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the 10-year period. This warranty extends to the original purchaser of the product warranted under this warranty and to each transferee of the product during the warranty term. Lumenary will repair or replace the Beam at no charge using new or refurbished replacement parts. This warranty only covers damage resulting from defects in material or workmanship and does not cover damage caused by misuse, tampering, water or moisture damage, unauthorized components, or modification, including but not limited to damage to the ceramic laser target or ceramic cores. The warranty period begins on the date when the product is physically received by the customer and is valid for ten (10) years thereafter. Warranty returns will be honored if sent, postage paid, to 1364 N. McDowell Blvd. Ste 23, Petaluma, CA 94954. This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may also have other rights that vary from State to State. Registration is required.
Terms of Sale
All sales are final, subject to a 30-day return period for unopened and completely unused products with a Return Authorization Code. To obtain a Return Authorization Code, please email info@thebeamlaser.com.
